ACTION TAKEN REPORT OCTOBER 2022
- On 9th October program on cyber Security was organised for the student by IQAC in which S.P. city himself addressed the students. (09/11/2022).
- World Science Day was organised by the faculty of science on 10th October 2022
- Department of drawing and painting organised a program on bhagini Nivedita in collaboration with Bhartiya Sikshan Mandal (11/10/2022).
- Word peacock day was organised by the Eco Sanjivani Club to reach the awareness about the national bird peacock through Nukkad Natak and organised different competition competitive activities having them theme as peacock
- The department of Physical Education organised and Intercollegiate yoga championship on 23rd November 2022.
- The classes of BA 3rd started from first November.
- The committee of teachers started their preparation for Youth festival UNIFEST.
ACTION TAKEN REPORT FEBRUARY 2023
- As per the decision taken in meeting the exam of banking and vocational courses for BA, BSc 3rd semester was conducted on 7th and 18th March 2023.
- A health camp was organised by IQAC in collaboration with Medivision India on 2nd April 2023.
- A program on incubation and entrepreneurship with the help of University Incubation cell was organised for students by college IQAC on 11th April 2023.
- D. counseling was conducted.
- Ambedkar Jayanti was celebrated by the department of Education.
- The dates for various programs of Varshikotsav were decided.
- In order to provide a platform to showcase the talent of indicidual students in different areas, Hunar Hat was organized in which a good number of items were presented by the students and many of them were open for sale. It was an endeavour to develop entrepreneurship among students.
ACTION TAKEN REPORT MARCH 2023
- International Women’s Day was celebrated on 11th March (Actual date 8th March) by the department of Education.
- The Written Exam of Viva-Voce of B.A. ad B.Sc. III semester was conducted on 17th and 18th March 2023.
- All the departments mentioned their registers of meetings and departmental activities.
- The time table of co-curricular course for BA-III sem was finalized and the chapters were distributed among the teachers.
- A programme on business incubation and enterpreneurship was organiszed.
- Ambedkar Jayanti was celebrated by the Deptt. of Education 14th April.
- Different programmes were organized as per decided in meeting on World Sparrow Day (20 March), World Water Day (21 March), Earth Day (22 March) by Eco Sanjeevani Club to sensetize the students towards environment and the conservation of environment resources.
- The World Happiness day was celebrated by the deptt. of Psychology (20th March 2024).
- Dates for Ph.D. counseling of different subjects were decided by the principal and H.O.Ds.

- As decided in the meeting the classes for B.A., B.Sc., B.Com III semester were organized between 16 to 28 of feb 2024. The classes were conducted.
- The dates for college Annual programmes were finalized as follwos:
- 02.2023 – Hunan Hat- an exhibition.
- 03.2023 – Annual Sports Day and an Exhibition by the M.Sc. Dept. Yuva Srijan.
- 03.2023 – An exhibition by the Drg Dept.

- 03.2023 – Kavag Pratiyogita.
- The fare wale of P.G. departments should be conducted in a fixed duration of dated to avoid disturbance.

- The committee for innovation in teaching was formed with Prof. Poonam Rani Gupta as it in charge.
- The research project work sent to UGC for approval by Dr, Ekta and Dr. Jyoti Kushwaha.
- The future plan for the next session IE 202324 were decided;
- Installing a Solar System for all developing water harvesting system construction of research room, girls common room and staff room for those deptts. which don’t have it presently.
- Student should get knowledge about the prospectus India subject on swam or Linked.in.
- Establishment of human value development centre
- Basically in this meeting the execution parts of the decisions taken during the whole session were discussed basically most of the targets were achieved.
- Student knowledge sharing program was organised on the topic Social media, a new friend by career counselling and placement cell.
- An Indian knowledge sharing program was organised in the college on the topic Guru Shishya Parampara.
- Project work for vocational subject was finalised.
- The teachers got the registered on abacus and the process of promotion of teachers was started by the accuracy team.
- MA final classes bus started on 27th July 2022.
- A health checkup camp for students was organised on 3rd of August 2022
ACTION TAKEN REPORT JAN 2024
- The department of Zoology organised the meaning full program on 4th Feb 2023 i.e. on World Cancer day to create awareness among the students and other teachers and non teaching staff. The program included the causes, remedies and prevention and treatment of cancer they also extended this program to nearby school and provided information about cancer.
- On 3rd Feb. an competition was organised on the topic Vasudhev Kutumbakam on 6th of program on passionately development and Soft Skill Development program was organised by the dept. of Commerce in collaboration with IILM University for the student of BA, BSc and BCom BBA II year and III year, PG student also attended this program.
- The college was honoured with skill development award on 15th February 2023.
- The students participated in Rangoli competition as per the guidelines from District Administration (G-20).
- English department celebrated the birth anniversary of Madam Sarojini Naidu on 13th Feb.
- On 22nd Feb 2023 aap program on the empowerment of mental health was organised by the department of psychology the resources person was doctor Mamta Yadav, Clinical Psychologist, District Hospital, Agra she also provided counseling to the student.
- The annual program of the college which is as follows:
- Annual sports day and an exhibition by the department of home science Yuva Sarajan 1st March 2023.
- Exhibition by Drawing & Painting dept. Srajan by the department of drawing and painting displaying the paintings of students and also for commercial purpose to develop entrepreneurship among students.
- Rangotsav a cultural program was organised on 3rd March 2024 in which all the student from all the departments participated.
- On 4th March 2023 a poetry competition was organised to express the creativity of a student in the field of literature.
